very inexpensive to make high on taste winter warmer

  • 6 pork sausages
  • 1 onion peeled and chopped
  • 2 cloves or garlic crushed
  • 1 tin of chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp of tomtato puree
  • 1 seeded and chopped green pepper
  • 2 tsp of chilli powder


    1. Fry the onionsgralic and chilli powder for about 5 mins.
    2. Add chopped sausages and pepper. Cook for about 10 mins.
    3. Add tomato puree and tomatoes.
    4. Serve with rice and peas/ sweet potato mash/ rice/ crusty bread etc

Going to cook this one soon, however not so sure about a) the spelling - gralic? and b) doesn’t say anything about cooking (or even warming up) the chopped tomatoes!!
