One of the best ways to eat lamb

  • 4 Lamb chops/steaks
  • 3 tbsp of mint sauce
  • a good glug of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder/salt


    1. in a bowl put the mint sauce balsamic vinegar and garlic powder and stir
    2. place the chops in a bowl and cover with the mixture and leave in the fridge for 12 hours or so
    3. get a frying pan nice and hot then put the chops in the pan (do not put oil on chops orin the pan) and fry to how you want them
    4. now place chops on a tray and pour whats left in the frying pan over the top of the chops and place under the grill untill they get a nice glaze on them
    5. i normaly serve them with chips or roast potatoes
