  • 1 Ripe Bannana
  • 1/4 cup of Rasberries
  • 1/4 cup of Blackberries
  • 1/4 cup of Blueberries
  • 1/4 cup of Strawberries
  • 250/300ml of Orange juice
  • Optional
  • (1 serving of Strawberry FORMULA 1 for added Nutrition and Weight Managment)
  • Honey and Natural Yoghurt


    1. Wash the Berries
    2. Chop the Bannana
    3. Place all ingredients in the blender
    4. Blend for approx. 1 minute or until the lumps have gone.
