Ingredients

  • 1 Ripe Bannana
  • 1/4 cup of Rasberries
  • 1/4 cup of Blackberries
  • 1/4 cup of Blueberries
  • 1/4 cup of Strawberries
  • 250/300ml of Orange juice
  • Optional

(1 serving of Strawberry FORMULA 1 for added Nutrition and Weight Managment)

  • Honey and Natural Yoghurt

Method

  • STEP 1
    Wash the Berries
  • STEP 2
    Chop the Bannana
  • STEP 3
    Place all ingredients in the blender
  • STEP 4
    Blend for approx. 1 minute or until the lumps have gone.
