Canadian style breakfast pancakes.
- 1.25 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- STEP 1mix dry ingerdients; add wet ingredients. beat together till smooth. use a whisk to get lots of air into the mix.
- STEP 2cook in pre-heated non stick or slightly greased fry pan.
- STEP 3serve in a tall stack with glugs of real maple syrup, bacon
