Ingredients

  • Garlic
  • 1 Bell pepper
  • (1 smal hot pepper)
  • Thai basilicum
  • 1 onion
  • 1 leek
  • 5 celery branches
  • 1 carrot
  • mussels

Method

  • STEP 1
    Fry the garlic together with the bell pepper and the Thai basilicum - set aside.
  • STEP 2
    Fry the onion, celery, leek and carrots.
  • STEP 3
    Add the mussels and cook until they open and are done.
  • STEP 4
    Add the basilicum mixture and serve.
