Ingredients
- Garlic
- 1 Bell pepper
- (1 smal hot pepper)
- Thai basilicum
- 1 onion
- 1 leek
- 5 celery branches
- 1 carrot
- mussels
Method
- STEP 1Fry the garlic together with the bell pepper and the Thai basilicum - set aside.
- STEP 2Fry the onion, celery, leek and carrots.
- STEP 3Add the mussels and cook until they open and are done.
- STEP 4Add the basilicum mixture and serve.
