Tip om chocolade te smelten au bain-marie


  • Chocolade
  • water
  • 1 smalle pot
  • 1 bredere glazen kom


  • STEP 1
    Verwarm het water in de smalle pot tot aan het kookpunt.
  • STEP 2
    Plaats de glazen kom op de pot (het water mag de kom met chocolade NIET raken !!).
  • STEP 3
    De chocolade zal smelten door de stoom van het water.
