- STEP 1
Finely slice your onion and garlic and add to a big mixing bowl. Grate in the cheese and mix with your hands .Form into balls of your chosen size, you can use an ice cream scoop.

Add a splash of olive oil to a pan and place it to a low to medium heat and add the meat balls and cook for10 minutes.
- STEP 3
Turn them after 10 minutes and add the sliced bacon to the meatballs. Mean while put a pan of salted water on the hob to boil.

Straight after slice 2 onions and 1 clove of garlic and add to a saucepan with a splash of olive oil over a medium heat. Add the basil and tumeric and turn down the heat, fry until softened. Then add the tin of tomatoes 25ml of water , add the stock cube and grate the parmesan in little by little through out simmering, being sure to stir after. Bring to a boil then simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- STEP 5
Meanwhile cook the pasta according to packet instructions. when the pasta is cooked the metaballs and sauce should be. Then mix the pasta into the sauce. and serve the meatballs and cripy bacon on top.
