Traditional Chicken Supreme

  • 2 small onions, sliced
  • 50g Button Mushrooms
  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 6 rashers of bacon,chopped
  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, chopped
  • 1chicken stock cube in 100 ml boiling water
  • 400ml double cream
  • Pinch of Paprika


    1. Fry the onion and garlic together in olive oil until soft and golden and then add the bacon until cooked.
    2. Add the chicken fry until cooked.
    3. Add the chicken stock and cream. mix until coated. Heat until fully warmed through.
    4. Serve with rice.

I used chicken stock and half fat creme fraiche instead of double cream. It was really delicious.
