Ingredients
- 225g of plain flour
- 85g castor sugar
- 170g butter
Method
- STEP 1Mix flour and sugar in a bowl, then rub in the butter
- STEP 2Knead well to form a smooth paste
- STEP 3Roll out and then cut into fingers, or desired shape, and bake in a pre heated oven (gas 3-4/325-350f) for 20-25minutes
