  • 2oz Light brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Cornflour
  • 4oz Pineapple Juice
  • 2oz White wine vinegar
  • 2Tbsp Soy sauce


    1. Blend the corn flour with a little of the white wine vinegar until you achieve a smooth paste
    2. Blend the remaining vinegar, along with all other ingredients
    3. Microwave on high for 3 minutes (850w)
    4. Pour over your desired meat or vegetarian alternative and serve with rice or noodles as you wish
