Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cabbage, Sliced into Short Or Long Strips
  • Aprox. 6-12 Rashers or bacon
  • 1 Beef stock oxo cube

Method

  • STEP 1
    Slice The Bacon And The Cabbage Into Short Or Medium Length Strips (Depending On What You Prefer)
  • STEP 2
    Slightly Fry The Bacon
  • STEP 3
    Add Cabbage And Full Oxo Cube With Aprox. 500ml Of Water
  • STEP 4
    Leave For Upto 10 Minutes To Steam
  • STEP 5
    Serve with whatever i recommend a simple tartare sauce as found in my other recipe
