Very refreshing and rich with vitamins! Simple and fast preparation!


  • 500 g of young zucchinies
  • 1 onion
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of capers
  • olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • salt

    Mince an onion
  • STEP 2
    Peel garlic cloves and mince it
  • STEP 3
    Put minced onion and garlic in the bowl...

    Add olive oil..

    Squeeze the lemon and add lemon juice in the bowl
