Raw vegan zucchini salad

  • 500 g of young zucchinies
  • 1 onion
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of capers
  • olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • salt


  • STEP 1
    Mince an onion
  • STEP 2
    Peel garlic cloves and mince it
  • STEP 3
    Put minced onion and garlic in the bowl...
  • STEP 4
    Add capers
  • STEP 5
    Add olive oil..
  • STEP 6
    Squeeze the lemon and add lemon juice in the bowl
  • STEP 7
    Finally add thinly sliced zucchini
