  • 500 g of young zucchinies
  • 1 onion
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of capers
  • olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • salt


  1. Mince an onion

  2. Peel garlic cloves and mince it

  3. Put minced onion and garlic in the bowl...

  4. Add capers

  5. Add olive oil..

  6. Squeeze the lemon and add lemon juice in the bowl

  7. Finally add thinly sliced zucchini
