  • Red Onion
  • Romano Peppers x 2
  • Chorizo 100g
  • paprika 1 tsp
  • new potatoes 300g
  • Spinach 2 handfuls
  • parsley
  • thyme
  • manchego 100g
  • eggs 8


  1. Heat grill. saute onions and peppers. Add chorizo, cooked potatoes and paprika.

  2. Add spinach and herbs. Add cheese and eggs, ,ove eggs aroiund until they start to set. Then cook untouched for 2 mins or more.

  3. Put under grill then let it settle for 10min before turning out.
