Spanish Fritatta

  • Red Onion
  • Romano Peppers x 2
  • Chorizo 100g
  • paprika 1 tsp
  • new potatoes 300g
  • Spinach 2 handfuls
  • parsley
  • thyme
  • manchego 100g
  • eggs 8


  • STEP 1
    Heat grill. saute onions and peppers. Add chorizo, cooked potatoes and paprika.
  • STEP 2
    Add spinach and herbs. Add cheese and eggs, ,ove eggs aroiund until they start to set. Then cook untouched for 2 mins or more.
  • STEP 3
    Put under grill then let it settle for 10min before turning out.
