  • Oats 300g
  • Golden syrup 4-5tbsp
  • Sugar light brown 300g
  • Butter 350g
  • Plain flour 140g
  • Walnuts 50g (optional)

Method

  • STEP 1
    Pre heat oven to 200oC
  • STEP 2
    Melt butter then mix in other ingredients
  • STEP 3
    Put in baking tray 20 x 20cm and put in oven
