  • step 1

    heat oil fry pork on very high heat for 1 mins
  • step 2

    add onion, been and chilli cook for 2 mins
  • step 3

    add pepper sugar chicken powder + oyster cook for 1 min
  • step 4

    add ginger big red chilli finish
