Ingredients
- 1 Punnet of Picota cherries
- 1 Tub of quality vanilla ice cream
- A bottle of Pedro Ximenez (you wonÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂt need all of it)
Method
- STEP 1Place a large handful of Picota cherries into 4 bowls, followed by 2 generous scoops of quality vanilla ice-cream per bowl.
- STEP 2Pour approximately one shot of Pedro Ximenez over the ice-cream, or to your required taste.
- STEP 3Be careful of the cherry stones, especially if eaten by children.
