Ingredients
1 Zucchini
1 Carrot
1 Cucumber
Half Red Onion
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Black Pepper and Apple Cider Vinegar
Method
STEP 1
Grate the zucchini and the carrot, chop the cucumber and slice the red onion.
STEP 2
Put all together in a bowl then add some extra virgin olive oil, black pepper and apple cider vinegar. Mix it up!
