The RAW ZUCCHINI SALAD is a healthy, fresh and easy to make side dish. If you haven't tried it yet i suggest you to do it asap... it will become a "must eat" during the hot summer days.   • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Cucumber
  • Half Red Onion
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Black Pepper and Apple Cider Vinegar


  1. Grate the zucchini and the carrot, chop the cucumber and slice the red onion.

  2. Put all together in a bowl then add some extra virgin olive oil, black pepper and apple cider vinegar. Mix it up!
