The RAW ZUCCHINI SALAD is a healthy, fresh and easy to make side dish.
If you haven't tried it yet i suggest you to do it asap... it will become a "must eat" during the hot summer days.
You can add to it some tomatoes, olives, parmesan flakes, apple slices or everything you love in a salad!

Ingredients
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Cucumber
- Half Red Onion
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Black Pepper and Apple Cider Vinegar
Method
- STEP 1Grate the zucchini and the carrot, chop the cucumber and slice the red onion.
- STEP 2Put all together in a bowl then add some extra virgin olive oil, black pepper and apple cider vinegar. Mix it up!
