The RAW ZUCCHINI SALAD is a healthy, fresh and easy to make side dish. If you haven't tried it yet i suggest you to do it asap... it will become a "must eat" during the hot summer days. Ingredients

  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Cucumber
  • Half Red Onion
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Black Pepper and Apple Cider Vinegar

Method

  1. Grate the zucchini and the carrot, chop the cucumber and slice the red onion.

  2. Put all together in a bowl then add some extra virgin olive oil, black pepper and apple cider vinegar. Mix it up!
