Ingredients
- 2 medium eggs
- 125ml sunflower oil
- 250ml milk
- 200g caster sugar
- 350g self raising flour
- 50g chocolate powder
- 150g chocolate chips
Method
- STEP 1Pre heat oven to 190oC and place 12 muffin case in muffin tray
- STEP 2Beat egg. Add oil and milk then beat. Add sugar then beat. Add flour and a little salt. Don't over mix. Stir in chocolate chips.
- STEP 3Cook for 15-25 mins.
