Ingredients
- 250g Smoked Salmon
- 250ml Philadelphia
- 1 onion
- squeeze of lemon juice
- salt & pepper
- cooked Tagliatelle pasta
Method
- STEP 1Chop and saute the onion in a little butter.
- STEP 2Add chopped salmon and heat through.
- STEP 3Stir in Philadelphia and allow to simmer for a couple of minutes.
- STEP 4Drizzle with lemon juice, season with salt & pepper.
- STEP 5Spoon over pasta and serve.
