Ingredients

  • 250g Smoked Salmon
  • 250ml Philadelphia
  • 1 onion
  • squeeze of lemon juice
  • salt & pepper
  • cooked Tagliatelle pasta

Method

  • STEP 1
    Chop and saute the onion in a little butter.
  • STEP 2
    Add chopped salmon and heat through.
  • STEP 3
    Stir in Philadelphia and allow to simmer for a couple of minutes.
  • STEP 4
    Drizzle with lemon juice, season with salt & pepper.
  • STEP 5
    Spoon over pasta and serve.
