Ingredients

  • 500g Beef Mince
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic granuals
  • 1/2 tbsp onion granuals

Method

  • STEP 1
    Mix well all the ingredients in a bowl. Create 4 or 2 burgers by moulding the mince and pressing together using the palm of your hand.
  • STEP 2
    Cook under the grill, in a frying pan or on the BBQ making sure the meat is cooked through.
  • STEP 3
    Serve with whatever you like. We serve with Caesar Salad, Warm Ciabattas, Ghurkins, Burger sauce and melted Mexicana cheese on top.
