A refreshing and filling smoothie that's perfect for a healthy start to the day.

For the smoothie

  • 100g mixed berries
  • 100g yogurt
  • 25ml milk

Optional extras

  • 2 tsp ground almonds
  • 2 tsp porridge oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • A drizzle of honey


  1. Blend the berries, yogurt and milk until smooth.

  2. Add the ground almonds, porridge oats and chia seeds to make it extra filling.

  3. Pour into a glass and drizzle with a little honey.
