For the smoothie
- 100g mixed berries
- 100g yogurt
- 25ml milk
Optional extras
- 100g mixed berries
- 100g yogurt

- 2 tsp ground almonds
- 2 tsp porridge oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- A drizzle of honey
Method
step 1
Blend the berries, yogurt and milk until smooth.step 2
Add the ground almonds, porridge oats and chia seeds to make it extra filling.step 3
Pour into a glass and drizzle with a little honey.
