  • 100g mixed berries
  • 100g yogurt
  • 25ml milk

Optional extras

  • 100g mixed berries
  • 100g yogurt

  • 2 tsp ground almonds
  • 2 tsp porridge oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • A drizzle of honey

    Method

    • step 1

      Blend the berries, yogurt and milk until smooth.
    • step 2

      Add the ground almonds, porridge oats and chia seeds to make it extra filling.
    • step 3

      Pour into a glass and drizzle with a little honey.
