Ingredients

  • 5 tbl spoon plain flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 White Yoghurt
  • 0,5 teaspoon baking powder or soda
  • date syrup
  • raspberries and blueberries
  • olive oil for cooking
  • fresh mint

Method

  • STEP 1
    Mix together flour, yoghurt, egg and baking powder.
  • STEP 2
    Put olive oil on the non-stick frying pan over a medium-low heat. Cook for 3 minutes then flip over and cook the other side for another minute or until cooked through and ever golden.
  • STEP 3
    Serve with date syrup, blueberries and fresh mint.
