  • 550g of coley
  • 2tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 leeks ( sliced )
  • 300 of creme faiche
  • 350g of potatoes (thinly sliced)


    1. Preheat oven to 200g
    2. Place the coley portions in ovenproof dish and bake for 10 minutes
    3. Meanwhile , heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the sliced leeks for 5 minutes add the creme fraiche and season to taste
    4. Spoon it on top of fish ,add a thin layer of potatoes and brush with remaining oil and season .bake for 20 -25 minutes
