Method

  • step 1

    Preheat oven to 230C/gas mark 8. Prepare vegetables
  • step 2

    Place the chicken breast on a square of tinfoil. Place vegetables on top. Pour on oil.
  • step 3

    Add herbs and stock cube. Make tinfoil into a parcel.
  • step 4

    Cook for 25 mins. Serve with mashed potato or rice.
