Serves 1 - 12 Biscuits

A very nutty, but soft gluten free biscuit using egg yolks.

  • 5 egg yolks
  • 100g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 75g chopped Walnuts
  • 75g Flaked Almonds
  • 60g chocolate chips or buttons
  • grated rind of 1 orange or lemon


    1. Preheat your oven to 150c
    2. Cream the egg yolks, sugar and vanilla essence
    3. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well
    4. Spoon small amounts onto a baking tray
    5. Bake for approx 18-20 minutes
    6. Allow to cool completely before storing. Can be stored in an airtight container.
