THE HANGOVER BUSTING MILKSHAKE

Tasty and packed full of nutrients to kick start and replenish the body and fight that hangover.

Ingredients

  • 30 grams of Salted Peanuts
  • 30 grams of Salted Cashew Nuts
  • 2 large Bananas
  • 1 carton (330ml) of Coconut Water
  • 50g Creamed Coconut
  • 1 tablespoon of Oat Bran

2 heaped tablespoons of Ground Oats (i.e: ready brek)

  • 200ml full fat Milk (goat, cow preferably but also soya, oat etc...)
  • 300ml of Vanilla Ice Cream.

N.B: Not necessary - but for those who like added sweetness add a tablespoon of agave syrup or honey

Method

  • STEP 1
    Blend nuts, bananas, coconut water, creamed coconut, Oat bran, Ready Brek, and milk in a blender until liquidized
  • STEP 2
    add ice cream and blend a little more
  • STEP 3
    If the shake is too thick add a splash more milk, if too thin add a scoop more icecream blend until the consistency is right.
