A delicately peppery and deliciously sweet green smoothie. Using watercress adds a depth of flavour and huge health benefits!

  • 125 ml pineapple juice
  • 65 g mango (fresh or frozen)
  • 35 g fresh watercress
  • 25g spinach


  1. Chop mango then add all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.

  2. Serve immediately or keep chilled to enjoy later
