Ingredients

  • 125 ml pineapple juice
  • 65 g mango (fresh or frozen)
  • 35 g fresh watercress
  • 25g spinach

Method

  • STEP 1
    Chop mango then add all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
  • STEP 2
    Serve immediately or keep chilled to enjoy later
