Start your day with some protein and with a dash of spicy.


  • 21 blueberries
  • 15 red grapes
  • 1 banana
  • 1 scoop of peanut butter
  • 10 chile almonds


  • STEP 1
    Get your blueberries, blackberries, banana, chile almonds, and a piece of ginger.

    Put ingredients in the blender add water ice is optional and blend ready to serve!
