Ingredients
- 90g plain white flour
- 115g barley flour
- 70g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 45ml olive oil
- 40ml orange juice
- 1 large banana
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
Method
- STEP 1Preheat oven to 180c or 350F Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- STEP 2Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- STEP 3In separate bowl mix together all wet ingredients until mix is thick and creamy. Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- STEP 4Split into 6 muffin cases.
