Simple, healthy and tasty salad with an Indian twist.

  • 1 small onion
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 red pepper
  • Mixed leaves, to taste
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 400g chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 green chillies
  • 4 tbsp garam masala
  • 2 garlic clove, finely crushed


  1. Chop the onion, tomatoes, pepper and avocado. Mix well in a large bowl with the mixed leaves and the tuna.

  2. Dice the chicken, rub with the olive oil and garam masala. Add the chillies and garlic before cooking for five minutes or until tender.

  3. Mix it all together, season and serve.
