Aromatic chicken and tuna salad

Simple, healthy and tasty salad with an Indian twist.
- 1 small onion
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 avocado
- 1 red pepper
- Mixed leaves, to taste
- 1 can of tuna
- 400g chicken breast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 green chillies
- 4 tbsp garam masala
- 2 garlic clove, finely crushed
- STEP 1Chop the onion, tomatoes, pepper and avocado. Mix well in a large bowl with the mixed leaves and the tuna.
- STEP 2Dice the chicken, rub with the olive oil and garam masala. Add the chillies and garlic before cooking for five minutes or until tender.
- STEP 3Mix it all together, season and serve.
