Speedy, refreshing sorbet

  • 1 honeydew melon cut into chunks
  • 70g sugar
  • juice of 2 limes
  • mint to serve


    1. Dissolve the sugar in the juice of the limes
    2. Blitz ingredients until smooth - taste and add more sugar if necessary
    3. pour into a plastic tub, seal and freeze for 1 hour. Stir and repeat, freezing 2-3 times
    4. serve with a sprig of mint

Can I use CANDEREL sweetener instead of sugar for the Honeydew Melon Sorbet recipe? and if so how much please?
