Ingredients
- 1 honeydew melon cut into chunks
- 70g sugar
- juice of 2 limes
- mint to serve
Method
- STEP 1Dissolve the sugar in the juice of the limes
- STEP 2Blitz ingredients until smooth - taste and add more sugar if necessary
- STEP 3pour into a plastic tub, seal and freeze for 1 hour. Stir and repeat, freezing 2-3 times
- STEP 4serve with a sprig of mint
