  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 pint of milk
  • Pepper (optional)

    1. Crack 2 eggs open into a microwaveable bowl, then whisk them up.
    2. Add the milk gradually, whisking while adding it.
    3. When it is combined, microwave for 3 minutes or more/less time until it is cooked.
    4. Take it out, put on a plate and add pepper if you want. Enjoy!

What a waste! This is far too runny unless you are using ostrich eggs for that quantity of milk, I suggest you use about an eighth of a pint to 2 eggs otherwise you will end up with something akin to curdled porridge!

3 mins in micro is far too long and it would be a frankly horrible and very over cooked solid lump, cook for one a half mins to 2 mins max or to your liking and it comes out absolutely perfect. lt is a shame they got the times wrong here.
