- softened butter
- caster sugar
- egg yolk
- vanilla essence

Method
- STEP 1add all the ingredients into a bowl mix and cool for 30 mins
- STEP 2then roll out the pastry on a floured surface and grease the jam tart tin and place your pastry inside
- STEP 3after cooked spread strawberry or raspberry jam and serve
