  • softened butter
  • caster sugar
  • egg yolk
  • vanilla essence
  • plain flour

Method

  • STEP 1
    add all the ingredients into a bowl mix and cool for 30 mins
  • STEP 2
    then roll out the pastry on a floured surface and grease the jam tart tin and place your pastry inside
  • STEP 3
    after cooked spread strawberry or raspberry jam and serve
