Warm Halloumi Tomato Salad

  • 250g Halloumi block
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Capers 1 tbsp
  • Pitted black olives 3 tbsp
  • Vine ripened tomatoes 4
  • Lemon juice 1/2
  • White wine vinegar 1tsp
  • Fresh Basil


    1. Cut the Halloumi into blocks about 2cm x 2cm x 1cm
    2. Coat / Spray grill pan with olive oil and grill the halloumi lightly on both sides
    3. Chop tomatoes and mix Halloumi with all other ingredients
    4. Garnish with the fresh basil
    5. Serve at room temperature
