    Method

    • step 1

      Grease the pan tin
    • step 2

      Mix everything together
    • step 3

      Press into a tin and prick all over with a toothpick
    • step 4

      Bake for 55 minutes at 170 degrees centigrade
    • step 5

      Cut when still warm and sprinkle with caster sugar
