- 85g of cornflour
- 85g of caster sugar

Method
- STEP 1Grease the pan tin
- STEP 2Mix everything together
- STEP 3Press into a tin and prick all over with a toothpick
- STEP 4Bake for 55 minutes at 170 degrees centigrade
- STEP 5Cut when still warm and sprinkle with caster sugar
