Ingredients

  • 1lb top quality, high meat sausages
  • 2 onions, roughly chopped
  • 1 kilo potatoes
  • water to cover
  • brown sauce to serve

Method

  • STEP 1
    Turn oven to medium. Place sausages, onions and potatoes together in a large oven-proof dish, with water just to cover. Cover dish with foil
  • STEP 2
    place in oven for approx 1 hour (can stay much longer but keep checking)
  • STEP 3
    when cooked, serve with brown sauce. If required, boiled cabbage goes well
