- 300ml cheese sauce
- 4 potato rosti
- Handful of grated cheese

- STEP 1Preheat the oven to 180 °C/gas mark 4. Divide the fish between individual pie dishes and cover with cheese sauce. Cover with rosti, scatter with cheese and bake for 25 minutes until golden
