Healthy Homemade Summer Punch

Hot summer days call for Healthy & refreshing drinks. These five amazing fruit juices are full & rich of all vitamins needed to keep you energetic. Light, bright and refreshing, they're just what you'll want in your glass when the weather heats up. Kiwi & Wheat grass, Grapefruit, Pineapple, Carrot & Orange, Banana & Apple.

Ingredients

Kiwi & Wheat grass Juice

  • 2 kiwis, peeled
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 kale leaves
  • 6 parsley stalks
  • ½ cucumber
  • 2 tbsp Wheatgrass Powder
  • Salt & Sugar (Optional), Water as needed.

Grapefruit Juice

  • 2 kiwis, peeled
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 kale leaves
  • 6 parsley stalks
  • ½ cucumber
  • 2 tbsp Wheatgrass Powder
  • Salt & Sugar (Optional), Water as needed.
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 inch (1 cm) piece of ginger
  • Water as needed
  • Water as needed

Pineapple Juice

  • 2 kiwis, peeled
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 kale leaves
  • 6 parsley stalks
  • ½ cucumber
  • 2 tbsp Wheatgrass Powder
  • Salt & Sugar (Optional), Water as needed.
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 inch (1 cm) piece of ginger
  • Water as needed
  • Water as needed
  • Pinch of ground black pepper
  • 1/2 sugar (optional)
  • 5-6 Ice cubes
  • 5-6 Ice cubes

Carrot & Orange Juice

  • 2 kiwis, peeled
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 kale leaves
  • 6 parsley stalks
  • ½ cucumber
  • 2 tbsp Wheatgrass Powder
  • Salt & Sugar (Optional), Water as needed.
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 inch (1 cm) piece of ginger
  • Water as needed
  • Water as needed
  • Pinch of ground black pepper
  • 1/2 sugar (optional)
  • 5-6 Ice cubes
  • 5-6 Ice cubes
  • 4-6 Carrots, Peeled & Chopped
  • 1 Orange, Peeled & deseeded
  • 1 Tbsp fresh ginger, peeled & chopped
  • Water as needed

Banana & Apple

  • 2 kiwis, peeled
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 kale leaves
  • 6 parsley stalks
  • ½ cucumber
  • 2 tbsp Wheatgrass Powder
  • Salt & Sugar (Optional), Water as needed.
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 inch (1 cm) piece of ginger
  • Water as needed
  • Water as needed
  • Pinch of ground black pepper
  • 1/2 sugar (optional)
  • 5-6 Ice cubes
  • 5-6 Ice cubes
  • 4-6 Carrots, Peeled & Chopped
  • 1 Orange, Peeled & deseeded
  • 1 Tbsp fresh ginger, peeled & chopped
  • Water as needed
  • 1 Medium size apple, Peeled & deseeded
  • 1 small bowl Milk & water mix
  • Pinch of Cinnamon
  • Pinch of Cinnamon

Method

  • STEP 1
    Method for Kiwi & Wheat Grass Juice 1. First, peel and quarter the kiwi, chop the Kale, Parsley, Cucumber. 2. Pop everything in the blender. 3. Add Wheat grass powder & Lemon juice. 4. At this point you can add 1 tsp salt & sugar if you want. 5. Blend everything in a blender. 6. Your healthy juice is ready.
  • STEP 2
    Method for Grapefruit Juice 1. Wash the Grapefruit. Peel & cut into quarter. 2. Put in the Juicer adding Honey, Ginger and water. 3. Blend everything through juicer and then filter it through strainer. 4. Pour in a serving glass & enjoy.
  • STEP 3
    Method for Pineapple Juice 1. Wash pineapple and remove its outer skin. 2. Cut into thick pieces or cubes and put it in blender jar. 3. Now add pepper, sugar (optional). Pour 1/2 water in a blender jar or a mixer grinder jar. 4. Blend until smooth. Strain through the strainer. 5. Pour in serving glass, topped with some ice cubes.
  • STEP 4
    Method for carrot & Orange Juice 1. This juice can be made using juicer or blender. 2. If using a juicer, add all ingredients to the juicer and press. Otherwise, squeeze orange with hand juicer. 3. Now take a blender, put the carrots, give a good blend, then add squeezed orange juice, ginger and blend all together. 4. Pass through a strainer (whether using Juicer or Blender). 5. Serve chill.
  • STEP 5
    Method for Banana & Apple Juice 1. Chop the bananas, apple and put it in a blender. 2. Add the mix of Milk & water and pinch of Cinnamon. 3. Blend everything together. 4. Ready to serve.
