Pop 1 gammon joint into the slow cooker, drizzle honey over the top of the gammon and then pour bottle of ginger ale into the pot. High for six hours and there you go, easy peasy and healthy. Great for a Sunday lunch....I use bagged micro veg, baked potatoes with cheese..........
