  • Pop 1 gammon joint into the slow cooker, drizzle honey over the top of the gammon and then pour bottle of ginger ale into the pot. High for six hours and there you go, easy peasy and healthy. Great for a Sunday lunch....I use bagged micro veg, baked potatoes with cheese..........

    1. put gammon into slow cooker
    2. drizzle with honey
    3. pour in bottle of ginger ale
    4. cook on high for six hours
    5. enjoy with easy micro veg, baked potatoes and cheese.
