Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup whole wheat flour
  • ½ cup oatmeal
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 2 shredded carrots
  • ½ cup oil of your choice (preferably high quality vegetable oil)
  • ½ cup milk of your choice
  • 5 tbsp agave or sweetener of your choice
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • Crushed walnuts

Method

  • STEP 1
    Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • STEP 2
    Add other ingredients and stir just until combined.
  • STEP 3
    Bake in 175C preheated oven about 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
