Healthy Carrot Banana Bread

- Makes 10 slices
Refined sugar free carrot and banana bread
- 1 ½ cup whole wheat flour
- ½ cup oatmeal
- 2 eggs
- 2 ripe bananas mashed
- 2 shredded carrots
- ½ cup oil of your choice (preferably high quality vegetable oil)
- ½ cup milk of your choice
- 5 tbsp agave or sweetener of your choice
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- Crushed walnuts
- STEP 1Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- STEP 2Add other ingredients and stir just until combined.
- STEP 3Bake in 175C preheated oven about 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
