Ingredients
1 heaped table spoon of butter
1 egg
3 heaped table spoons of self raising flour
3 heaped table spoons of caster sugar
1 heaped table spoon of coco powder
Method
STEP 1
Microwave the butter until melted on full power in a large microwave safe mug
STEP 2
Add the egg to the melted butter and whisk together with a fork
STEP 3
Add the coco powder, flour and caster sugar
STEP 4
Whisk the mixture together well with a fork
STEP 5
Cook in the microwave on full power for 2 minutes or until liquid round the edges has gone
STEP 6
Tip out into a bowl and leave to cool before eating
