Fluffy Chocolate Mug Cake

Quick, simple, light and fluffy. In less than five minutes you'll be enjoying a delicious treat! Serve with chocolate butter cream for added indulgence!

Ingredients

  • 1 heaped table spoon of butter
  • 1 egg
  • 3 heaped table spoons of self raising flour
  • 3 heaped table spoons of caster sugar
  • 1 heaped table spoon of coco powder

Method

  • STEP 1
    Microwave the butter until melted on full power in a large microwave safe mug
  • STEP 2
    Add the egg to the melted butter and whisk together with a fork
  • STEP 3
    Add the coco powder, flour and caster sugar
  • STEP 4
    Whisk the mixture together well with a fork
  • STEP 5
    Cook in the microwave on full power for 2 minutes or until liquid round the edges has gone
  • STEP 6
    Tip out into a bowl and leave to cool before eating
