Ingredients
Noodles
- 2 Zucchini spiralized
Tahini
- 2 Zucchini spiralized
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- juice of 2 lemons
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Vegetables
- 2 Zucchini spiralized
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- juice of 2 lemons
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 celery stems
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped chives
- handful pine nuts
- pinch black pepper
Method
- STEP 1In a food processor or high speed blender, blend till smooth all Tahini ingredients. You may want to start with the sesame seeds and then add the rest of the ingredients.
- STEP 2Chop the vegetables
- STEP 3Pour Tahini over Vegetables and Zucchini
