- STEP 1
In a food processor blend zucchini to rice consistency.
- STEP 2
Add all other Filling ingredients and mix.
- STEP 3
Cut the peppers into 2 halves and stuff with Filling ingredients.
- STEP 4
Dehydrate stuffed peppers, at 42 degrees Celsius (108 degrees Fahrenheit) for 3-4 hours, until mostly dry.
