Peppers
- 4 red bell peppers
Filling
- 4 red bell peppers
- 4 peeled zucchini
- 1 cup chopped dill
- 1 cup chopped parsley
- Juice of 4 lemons
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons turmeric
- 2 teaspoons coriander
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- Sprinkle of chilli pepper
Method
step 1
In a food processor blend zucchini to rice consistency.step 2
Add all other Filling ingredients and mix.step 3
Cut the peppers into 2 halves and stuff with Filling ingredients.step 4
Dehydrate stuffed peppers, at 42 degrees Celsius (108 degrees Fahrenheit) for 3-4 hours, until mostly dry.
