Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon freshly minced ginger
  • 1/4 cup raisins

Fruit

  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon freshly minced ginger

  • 1 cup strawberries sliced long

Serve

  • 1 banana

Method

  • STEP 1
    In a food processor or high speed blender, blend all sheet ingredients until smooth.
  • STEP 2
    Spread on a teflex sheet and dehydrate 10 hours or over-night.
  • STEP 3
    In a food processor or high speed blender, pulse apple until reaching rice consistency.
  • STEP 4
    Spread on the leather and place strawberry slices above. Roll and cut to sushi bits.
  • STEP 5
