Method
- STEP 1In a food processor or high speed blender, blend all sheet ingredients until smooth.
- STEP 2Spread on a teflex sheet and dehydrate 10 hours or over-night.
- STEP 3In a food processor or high speed blender, pulse apple until reaching rice consistency.
- STEP 4Spread on the leather and place strawberry slices above. Roll and cut to sushi bits.
