Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon freshly minced ginger
  • 1/4 cup raisins

Fruit

  • 1 peeled apple
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced long

Serve

  • Maple syrup

Method

  1. In a food processor or high speed blender, blend all sheet ingredients until smooth.

  2. Spread on a teflex sheet and dehydrate 10 hours or over-night.

  3. In a food processor or high speed blender, pulse apple until reaching rice consistency.

  4. Spread on the leather and place strawberry slices above. Roll and cut to sushi bits.
