  • 4 peeled spiralized zucchini

Sauce

  • 4 peeled spiralized zucchini
  • Meat of 2 Thai coconuts
  • Meat of 2 Thai coconuts

Method

  • STEP 1
    In a food processor or high speed blender blend all Sauce ingredients until creamy.
  • STEP 2
    Mix with Spaghetti and vegetables.
  • STEP 3
    Heat to 42 degrees Celsius (108 degrees Fahrenheit) and serve warm.
