    Method

    • step 1

      In a food processor or high speed blender blend all Sauce ingredients until creamy.
    • step 2

      Mix with Spaghetti and vegetables.
    • step 3

      Heat to 42 degrees Celsius (108 degrees Fahrenheit) and serve warm.
