  • 1 large cauliflower head
  • Juice of 4 lemons
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg powder
  • pinch salt


  • Chopped Chives
  • Mint leaves


  1. In a food processor or high speed blender, mix all ingredients.

  2. Garnish with chives and mint
