Rawmunchies - Raw Vegan Avocado Cucumber Dressing

- 1/2 avocado
- 1/4 large cucumber
- juice of 3 lemons
- 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons chopped dill
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- STEP 1In a food processor or high speed blender, blend all ingredients until smooth.
- STEP 2Serve with fresh vegetables
