  • 5-6 bananas
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 tablespoon nutmeg
  • 1 thinly sliced apple

    Method

    • step 1

      In a food processor or high speed blender, blend bananas, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add the apples.
    • step 2

      Dehydrate in tins, at 42 degrees Celsius (108 degrees Fahrenheit) for 4-5 hours.
