- Makes 12 Flapjacks
Basic foundation for all flapjack recipes.
- 100g butter
- 100g light brown suger
- 50g golden syrup
- 200g porridge oats
- STEP 1Melt butter, sugar and golden syrup in a pan over a low heat
- STEP 2Add porridge oats and mix well
- STEP 3Place mixture in a 20cm square baking tray and bake for 20 mins at 170c.gas 6
