Ingredients

  • 100g butter
  • 100g light brown suger
  • 50g golden syrup
  • 200g porridge oats

Method

  • STEP 1
    Melt butter, sugar and golden syrup in a pan over a low heat
  • STEP 2
    Add porridge oats and mix well
  • STEP 3
    Place mixture in a 20cm square baking tray and bake for 20 mins at 170c.gas 6
