- STEP 1
Chop mushrooms and spring onions roughly then pop in a small food processor (mini chopper) till there very fine, then add the crushed garlic, a knife will work great if you don't have a small food processor.

Roughly tear the mozzarella into a mixing bowl, add the mince and start binding together, then add the herbs, black pepper, parmasan and the mushroom mix and bind together well.
- STEP 3
Once binded together make into patties and place on a tray.
- STEP 4
To fry add a tablespoon of olive oil into a griddle pan on a medium heat once hot add the burgers and fry until cooked all the way through.
