  • 500g Extra lean mince
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 7 Button Mushrooms
  • 1 Mozzarella ball
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Teaspoon Oregano
  • Teaspoon Parsley
  • Teaspoon Sage
  • Ground black pepper
  • Parmesan/Pecorino
  • Tablespoon olive oil
  • To serve with:
  • Salad of your choice
  • Burger buns

    1. Chop mushrooms and spring onions roughly then pop in a small food processor (mini chopper) till there very fine, then add the crushed garlic, a knife will work great if you don't have a small food processor.
    2. Roughly tear the mozzarella into a mixing bowl, add the mince and start binding together, then add the herbs, black pepper, parmasan and the mushroom mix and bind together well.
    3. Once binded together make into patties and place on a tray.
    4. To fry add a tablespoon of olive oil into a griddle pan on a medium heat once hot add the burgers and fry until cooked all the way through.
